it's honestly a waste of time, for only a little more effort it's possible to model the exterior of a car from scratch, then port an underside+engine bay+interior mesh from a vanilla vehicle in, and then go from there. for example, LJ74 modelled the entire bodyshell for the ibishu saga in 2 weeks worth of spare time.
BeamNG - Bugatti Veyron - BeamNG Drive Mods Download Update on that would be nice, somebody tried but gave up mid project.
