This is a problem that I've had since around January of this year. I've cleared my cache several times, run the game with/without mods, and have cleanly reinstalled the game two times.

The car will usually spawn with no tires (but the hubs will still be there). If I place tires on the rear wheels, they will immediately pop, and this is with default wheels. Any other wheel type will immediately fall off upon being selected/spawned. The only way that I've been able to stop this from happening is by completely removing the leaf springs, but this causes the driveshaft to break the moment I give it gas (and it would be impossible to drive, anyway).

Has anyone else experienced this? I've searched this forum several times (and occasionally scoured Google) for the past 8+ months trying to figure out what's causing this and I still haven't found an answer. I've also noticed that the driveshaft on the Burnside does not spin, despite one of the more recent patchnotes stating that all of the default vehicles have been given animated driveshafts. Could this be a case of my local game files being corrupt or out of date? Like I had previously said, I've deleted all of my local game files two times (and cleanly reinstalled the game), completely removed the BeamNG.drive folder from My Documents, and run the game without mods; nothing has made a difference. I'd really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. One more thing, I've checked the config (by pressing ~) after spawning the Burnside and have only seen one error, "libbeamng.lua.V.engine.initThermals|Engine thermals are disabled via jbeam." Could this be a cause for concern?

Seems you've been having this issue for a while, awch :(

Try running the game in "Safe Mode", this will disable any mods that are currently installed, just in case of a mod conflict. If this fixes your issue, you have a conflicting mod installed.

If your issue isn't fixed by that, be sure that your game is properly installed by using the "Verify Integrity Of Game Cache" option, to ensure the game is installed correctly.
