So I am renaming this thread and restarting it because it caused many problems. Anyways, the reason I stopped posting progress on this map is because when an update came in, the name of the map was still called "GridMap" so all the files were messed up and I lost a lot. I will now be starting new progress on the map, except it will not be completely based off of the famous Youtuber's map. I wan't to put some of my ideas in as well... "The Farm" is a car play land. You can do anything to your car here. Drive it in a lake, test its Off-Road stability, and more importantly, trash it and have fun! This map will have many trails leading everywhere. Try to explore them all! It will have ramps, jumps, and mudding areas. I am creating this map because if I ever bought a car for say $300, and needed a place to trash it and have fun, this would be the place to do it. Progress will start later tonight.

Re: Dave's Farm (Canadian Youtuber) Map! Actually, the had a new channel that had to be closed down shortly before christmas 2012! But a Davidsfarm map for BeamNG would just be great...then we would just need the allmighty cheviac to destroy all other cars around the farm, haha!
Re: Dave's Farm (Canadian Youtuber) Map! Let me say, this map is not going to be exact. For one the map I chose was not long enough, so some things may be smaller. Not all of the farm is shown in the videos. But I will try to make it as realistic as possible! The three major places I am including are the Barn, the lake, and the cornfield. There will also be spots that will be like "Derby spots where you can have small derbys. As well as that, I will add small jumps in various spots around the map. So I started with the all famous sky hill! And yes, the Covet can make it up!

I am a huge davidsfarm Fan been there 3 times in Early August this year plus a few more times last year... great place to be i know the layout blind folded...it's great getting wasted and racing around and stoving shit in its great!.. i really cant wait for this Map! that shyhill pic looked dead on!

As far as your "I'm gonna move the road a little here so i don't run out of room"... well, I'd personally love it if you can keep the roads and such accurate to how it is in real life. I really hope you can make a high quality map out of this, because the idea is superb Also, no more off-topic about why the channel was removed, and no discussions about the owner of the farm/channel. Because it still shows up as "GridMap" in the map selector. Also, I am not the best at making custom terrains. I was wondering if there is a way I can get the grass from the "Derby" map and use it on this one.

Is this map Still Alive?, Anything screenshots updates?? - - - Updated - - - I have been there, spent a few days there while visiting family, the layout is much as what most ppl would think of when they seen every video he made on YT... the only thing most ppl don't see much of is the back 40 "the woods" there is alot of trails and abandoned grown in trails that have not been used since the 90's or so dave mentioned... a few suvs and trucks were back there but ended up breaking there daily drivers . very isolated part of the farm most unexplored part.. 40 acres of forest!
