Textures issue

    When i uv map it i always do project from view, when its done and when i change it to textures this happens, the upper part of the fender is textured at the back. Why does this happen?

    As already mentioned in dev screens. Your normals are wrong. The normals dictate which side of a poly is the front or the back and are responsible for your weird shading.

    Hit ctrl + N to recalculate normals or select the face that is invisible and hit flip direction in the tool bar on the left.
