Textures dissapear every time i reboot my pc

    On a map i am making all of my materials disappear when my pc is rebooted and everything becomes the warning texture. The files have not been moved or altered.
    Any one know why?
    thanks.

    Extra info:
    When i try and re create the textures it is looking in the BeamNG>Core>art file instead of my levels art file.
