When i use the terrain tools and move it around it begins to raise a certain spot when I'm not near it. Is this a glitch or no?

That happens to me too. I guess If you make to much level changes, it has to compromise. My failed map had lots of hills, and there was this giant spike in the middle.

Sometimes the game gets confused based on your cursor position and camera angle. Especially if you move your cursor out of bounds. IIRC I try to orient the camera so that I'm looking "down" at the area which I want to work with, not "over" or "across" at the area which I want to work with. In other words if you try to work from an oblique or low angle I find that to be asking for trouble.

Yeah I found this issue when working on my Offroad Park map (which is garbage btw, don't download it) and the terrain would raise about the centre of the map. Eventually I realised I was having my mouse off the terrain and then after I stopped doing that it wasn't so bad. Still a bit bizarre but oh well.

I had the same problem, but when I came back (1 week, and I keep editing my map) I don't had this problem. I think it is a bug.
