Now that it's (crudely) in game and sort of driving/steering I'd thought of creating a thread for this. Its a Suzuki LJ10 powered by a 2 cylinder, 2 stroke, air-cooled engine. I'm pretty new to blender and this is my first vehicle from scratch. I have been working on it in my spare time for the past few months and I don't expect is to be done any time soon (especially at the steep learning curve of Jbeam). I have used a few things from the vanilla vehicles, Both models and jbeams, So credit to the Beam devs. But the body and panels are all scratch (with exception to the windscreen frame) For now it sits on a scaled and tweaked Dseries frame because I wanted leaf springs and solid axles front and back so that was the easiest way around that. Adjusting the weight and strengths is proving to be interesting for someone with little to no Jbeam knowledge.
Finally a Suzuki in the game! My favorite vehicle... It looks great so far! I would love to see it with a stock roll bar/soft top, white oem steel wheels and front drum brakes. Any plans for an SJ30 in the future ?
