Stuttering when looking around

Hey, I've had this problem for a long time now. When my camera is in third person of a car or prop and i look around, the picture is stuttering quite a lot, although my framerate doesnt change. Sometimes the problem dissapears when I change from borderless to Fullscreen, normally it doesn't tho. However when i'm in freecam, even though I'm next to my car so everything is being rendered like before (proof that it isn't a problem concerning low power/ framerates) i can look around smoothly. Thanks in advance

 

I also have had this issue since 0.23, the only way i have found of fixing it is ticking vertical sync in the game’s display settings and going into your devices settings and changing your monitor/display hz to 60 (can be found in settings/devices/display/advanced settings/, though i may have mis ordered it),
I dont know if it works for everyone though.

 

VSync doesn’t fix it for me and I can’t switch my monitor hz to 60 as I play competitive games as well. And I’ve got way more fps
