Then beamng would basically be unplayable, because your adding so many more moving parts, and loose parts. --- Post updated --- I wish Beamng's lights didnt stop working when they are shattered, so if you break the lens, the bulb still works until you break the bulb.
Tbh the vanillas deserve more engines with dual intake manifold options like the VQ37s for V6s for example, or twin turbos for I6s too like the S55s. ETKs are really underpowered.
like this? I posted this in the update speculation thread, and I think its pretty close to what you meant.
this is when the optimization comes in; you simulate an engine made of 5-8 parts, but in garage mode (with no ai and no rendered map) the car will be made with almost the same amount of pieces as a real life one, and maybe only in carrer mode.
and they may add an extreme option for people with 20 000$ pc's with insane specs that can render all of the parts, so there also could be physic quality in option (as mentionned previously).
Personally I try to get irl versions before lore friendly, I mean it's a game where you drive around and crash cars, I don't care about its lore at all
hacker420 gave me an idea about this (idk how), why not also adding stick tape? "Oh no my bumper fell off, glad i got my beam tape lol" and it could also not be sticky when car is dirty...
lore could be interesting, and it's not only about crashing cars, it's about playing with physics, and fluid physics, like oil levels --- Post updated --- and the thing i also meant about better mechanic is that you'll be scared about crashing your car, because it could take real time for the pieces to import (hardcore mode only) and when you don't have money to repair you're just hecked (cuz f word is sadly not allowed), until someone is ok to give another one for free (by a no connected in-game website). The idea of no money, no repair, no car is from a @Steelorse in one of his videos on the Steelorse gaming channel (if i'm right)
That would be cool along with: Custom making brackets and parts I made a "Tractor" D sereis and I do not like the Radiator support, the way it looks in it Wish I could make a custom Radiator bracket, that would be cool --- Post updated --- The mode where you have to replace parts would be separate from the freeroam
We need the headlight fade. I'm talking about this in two ways: 1, As the lights get older in career mode, they could fade and get foggier and lose their brightness. 2, For halogen lights, they could fade when turned off.
I had an idea AngeTheGreat's engine simulator collab with Beamng Imagine the ideas This could only be implemented when his simulator is done
