stuck on spawning player for over 3 mins on every map

    i need help with this because its driving me insane and putting off playing the game,
    when loading a map any map it loads up until it says spawning player and just stops..and you have to wait for over 3 mins every time no matter what map it is. there is no way this is normal.

    and this will happen if i don't have any mods enabled to.


    i have 8086k cpu
    16GB ram
    and gtx 1080

    It's possible the issue is caused by a mod.
    Even if your mods are disabled, there's a chance it has broke something somewhere.

    Please first check in Safe Mode.
    If Safe Mode works fine, than that means the issue is due something in your User Folder (either a mod, or your default vehicle, and so on)
