Stuck in "Spawning Player"

Hi,

I try spawning in Free Roam and it just stays in "Spawning Player" and I can still control the car even though I can't see it.

I changed the startup.ini so I could have my Mods Folder somewhere else.

But as soon as I do it breaks and the mods still work.

 

What map is this error happening on?
Is it on Official maps ?

I found out that it was my Range Rover mod that was causing problems. I deactivated it and now my game works. (It wasn't loading the default car)

 

This happened to me once, not sure why. I was loading in JRI with no mods (making some screenshots) and I got stuck. Looking into the logs now..

 

Hey, deactivate it in the Mods Menu then you go into a map and re-activate from there it works and shouldn't cause anymore problems after that.

 

I had no mods..

 

its same for me,just with all maps, though it only happens while in fullscreen, loads perfectly fine in windowed

 

I have the same problem it sucks maps are stuck on an infinite "spawning player" and I can hear the vehicle rev

 

It is actually still playable if you turn the UI off by pressing alt U when it happens. It is just annoying that you have to keep turning it on and off if you want to spawn another car or access the menus.

When I hit play in Steam it asks if I want to either play the game normally or run it in safe mode
