Stray and missing textures on the rock bouncer.

Hello. I just downloaded the rock bouncer and installed it to my game. But when it used to work really well and be an awesome vehicle in general, it now has missing textures and has one item that seems to be attached to the vehicle but doesent have any physical properties. And doesent rotate with the vehicle. For example. It starts orientated with the direction the vehicle faces by default and if I turn the truck to the left than the tube thing ends up sticking out the side as it has not also turned left. It stayed straight. Any way to fix this would be great.
