Second teaser for Chapter 10 Part 1. Also, this chapter will be quite a bit more...action-based than Chapters 7-9, as we're nearing the end of the story.
Well, I was looking up whether or not RHD cars were legal in the Philippines, and apparently, even though they are illegal, there were quite a few Filipino cars built with RHD during the Japanese occupation. So, maybe in the Beamverse, the Philippines became quite a bit like the US in terms of legislating which side the driver is on; LHD is preferred (and becomes the overwhelming norm), but RHD is still legal (and may even be used on a few work vehicles like mail trucks). Or I could have just completely screwed myself over, and now I need to do a lot of revising of this story, but...I'm just not sure where else I could put Selva.
So, a few quick notes here: *For those of you looking forward to Firwood: I've started progress on that, and I've got about 5K words into it so far. I've figured out that I want to go for 36-40 chapters of about 1.5K words each, and Rusty and I have decided that the car the villain will be may not be what I originally planned. *For those of you looking forward to Chapter 10 of Selva: That's currently undergoing a complete re-write, and we've re-written four scenes (or more than half of it). But good grief, is it long. I thought that Chapter 12 was long at about 6.5K words, but Chapter 10 is even longer than that. I might have to split those two chapters up into three parts just to make sure that they aren't such a chore to read (which is good, because then I have more time to write Firwood, and that would allow each major section of these chapters to stand out more between each other). *School hasn't affected me as much as I thought it would, but I reckon that in three months' time, I'll probably be swamped with all sorts of stuff to do. Whether or not the second semester will be any better, I'll just have to wait and see.
For those of you looking forward to Chapter 10, I have great news! It's finally been finished, and Part 1 of this near-8,000-word monster of a chapter shall be released soon! The final teaser for Part 1.

I don't think he'll accept Automation cars to be the main cars, only as background cars and only by a few amounts.
@Fenneko is right that I would not want to choose an Automation car for anyone major (a.k.a. the main villain of Firwood). And anyway, I already have the villain car for Firwood chosen and characterized, but I might consider using this for something else. Anyway, Chapter 10 Part 2 is now out! This part of the chapter was written almost entirely by @YellowRusty, so it's written somewhat differently from my usual style. Unfortunately, I didn't take any screenshots for this part just yet, so those might be coming out Soon(tm).
It's okay, I guess. It might be usable for a role or two here and there, although I'm not quite sure just what sort of roles I have in mind for it (if any).

We want to know what you're enjoying - favorite characters, events in the story you found interesting and exciting! Things that intrigue you - what mysteries are you eagerly awaiting the solutions to? We're also interested in what you're finding less than enjoyable. Is there something you find grating? We want to hear about that too, so we can downplay it in this story and avoid it in the future! Oh - and one more thing; As many of you might know, Beamng.drive has a TvTropes page! At the moment, neither a "fanworks" or "fanfic recommendations" page exists for it. Since authors/editors aren't allowed to add their own fanfiction to the site, I was wondering if a troper reading this was considering creating the list.
