Stop receiving emails from BeamNG

My inbox is currently full of beamng.com emails, all of them are replies to subscribed threads, how do I stop receiving these?

When you reply to a thread go down to "subscription" and say through my control panel only. You can also set this as default for the entire forum in your UserCP.

 

You can go into your user control panel and turn off the "automatically subscribe to threads" check box.
