Steering deadzone issues

I am having issues with steering deadzones. The video isn't brilliant at demonstrating this, but in the D-Series, my steering is at full lock at 100% on the deadzone graph. For some reason, in the Bastion, the steering maxes out around 68% before the car is on full lock. Note, other cars are the same as the bastion, like the grand marshal, while the burnside is the same as the d series. No idea why some cars are different to others.

I know in the most recent update you have to adjust the 1:1 steering angle to properly match which I have done for the D-series. I really dont want to have to change this for every car I drive and memorise the number.
