Steering affected by external force

    As an example: when a wheel hits a rock, it gets affected by it and turns in a specific direction.
    The same of couse in a hilly landscape. Maybe it's already planned.

    I believe that happens already but only at the wheels level (not visible from the steering wheel), just not as visible as it's not visible from the steering wheels since it's just an animated object and it's not physically linked to the wheels.

    If you have a racing wheel like the Logitec G27 then it is noticeable when you go over bumps and so forth.
