There is no official mac support... and it's a pretty bad idea to put your order ID up here.

Staff cannot help with this for a simple reason: non supported platform.
BeamNG is supported on windows vista and above only. It is not supported on any other platform.

Windows XP is not officially supported, and has been confirmed to not work with the Race Update. With that said, anyone running XP still should seriously consider loading another OS. With security support officially discontinued and software devs abandoning it in droves now that Microsoft has finally left the OS that wouldn't die, you'd be stupid to not update, like, right now.

every major vulnerability with XP is know well known among the malware community and not going to be patched by microsoft. Its slow. It full on doesnt support many modern technologies (SATA3 boot devices and USB3 are not supported, once booted SATA3 will be treated as SATA2 only and USB3 will be treated as USB2 without USB1.1 compatibility so mice and keyboards won't function). Anyone still using XP frankly needs to drop their computer infront of the nearest bus and get a new one, even if they don't want the speedy windows 8 they can still get windows 7 machines.
