So vehicle artists, how exactly do you guys get paid? is it a flat rate per vehicle or an hourly rate?
Flat rate would not work at all for making Beam cars. Since making a car can take months or up to a year to plan and make. Flat rate is determent by what time the job will take. Like working on a car, you get paid to do a 5 hr job even though you get it done in 2 hrs. Hourly sounds very likely or some sort of commission pay
