スポーツランド TAMADA This is a recreation of Tamada Sportsland - a motorsports venue in the hills above Hiroshima, Japan. Tamada features a karting track used for multiple forms of motorsport, such as Kart racing, Autocross, and Drifting. Additionally, a small off-roading area is located nearby, along with a camping area. Notes The map is made from a blank slate - It does not use other versions as a base. The assets unique to this location will be created by myself. (Pitlane building, props etc.) BeamNG assets will be used for things that are not necessarily specific to Tamada. The other areas mentioned (off-road area, camping area) might be made at some stage but it is far from a priority at the moment. The lack of references for it really makes it take 10x as long. I have never used the world editor or modded BeamNG. I have experience from elsewhere. This is very much a work in progress. It is miles away from completion, however, I am curious to see what the interest is for tracks such as this. This track actually already exists within BeamNG as a conversion from Assetto Corsa by other members of the community. My goal is to create a native BeamNG version, with all the additional tools to make it look nicer... as well as provide an up-to-date version of the layout as it stands today in the real world. It's definitely not entirely accurate. Finding good references for this track is challenging. A lot of media of this place is outdated, as the track used to have a different layout, and generally looked like they were close to going out of business, honestly. Despite all this, I will be attempting to include as much accuracy as I can within reason. Including such things as this electrical pole being placed right in front of the 6th parking space rendering it pretty much useless: I will likely release versions of this track once it reaches a somewhat decent point. The reality is that the track itself is done from a gameplay standpoint. It can be driven on and used the same as it will when the track is complete. It is all just a case of making it visually acceptable. Thanks for taking a look at this. Please do repond to this post if you are someone familliar with this track, or just generally interested in it. Let me know if you would like to see more of the track, assets being made, and so on : ) - Maya
