Would a Gigabyte Nvidia Gtx 960 4 GB GDDR5 graphics card be able to run jungle rock island on highest settings without going below 30 fps on a 1080p screen?

Im currently running a 970 in my system with an i5, itll run every level locked at 60fps with settings as high as they go. You should have no problem with the 960. Though i would advise against buying a 960 right now, as they just released the 1060 which is $250 and around the same power as the gtx 980.

    Too late. I bought the 4GB 960 for $180 for a deal.
