Spawning Cars with the Editor

Can you spawn the cars with the Editor... also open the editor in the menu wont allow me to spawn a car pressing CTRL + E

 

You need to use the world editor for that.

Would you mind linking to the page that answers the question in the wiki please. After reading it, i was able to place another car in the map, but i could not link an AI to it, so it would chase me around .

 

The AI is currently broken, but will be soon fixed. To open the AI screen though, hit Control-T

I'd also like to know how to spawn a second or even third car. I know how to open the world editor. But whats next?

In the editor, in object edit mode, the scene tree on the right. Locate the level tab. Click beamng, double click beamng vehicle. it should drop one where you're looking on the map. hope this helps.

Also, you can drive that car by hitting tab.

how can i spawn more cars but when i hit f11 nothing happens. to change different cars works (ctrl+e).
ive read the wiki but that didnt help. does anyone have any other solutions to my problem

I've pressed the f11 key i don't know how many times and nothing comes up. If this helps I'm also using my laptop so idk if its because I'm using a laptop or what. idk what to do??????????????????

 

make sure your not in full screen mods when you press f11. (alt + enter)
