Spawn points don't work on any map

So I accidentally deleted the spawn point tool out of the editor, and all the spawn points in every map messed up. I've tried reinstalling the game three times to no avail, as well as downloading the game on a different pc, confirming its proper operation, then copying it to my pc to no avail either. I am out of ideas on how to solve this issue. Other than uninstalling steam and starting over. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
