Spacedesk prevents Beamng from launching

So I had a program installed called spacedesk, which allows you to have virtual displays, and use more monitors than your video card can support. http://spacedesk.ph/

While I had this program installed, beamng would not launch through the steam client, or with the shortcut provided by steam. A background process called beamng would start, but the rest of the game would not start. I could get the game to start by going to where I had it installed and launching the application from there. Uninstalling the spacedesk software allows beamng to launch again. Other steam games worked for me such as rocket league. I do not know if this is an issue with beam or steam, but I thought its worth mentioning.
