Something like throttling/lagging - fps are falling from 60 to 10+- idk why

Yo,
I have problem with Beam in my new pc. Fps are falling without reason. I have 60fps on high graphic and on low graphic settings, but sometimes fps are falling and simulation is starting to look like in slow mo :/

Can somebody help me pls?

 

Sudden fps drops can be caused by a lot of things. A possibility is that your CPU is throttling (turning down the clock speed) because you can see the CPU usage drop when the stuttering happens.

You can download CPU-Z and have it open while you're playing the game, and you can see if the clock speed drops when the stuttering occurs.

 

Throttling is turned off in bios :/
