Clear cache. If that won't work, check file integrity through steam.

Oh. If you have any mods enabled, try all that stuff with all mods disabled, as it is very possible that they could break something.
Even if that somehow didn't help, then I am sorry, I can't really help here. You can try telling about the issue in the discord server where you can find further help
