Smooth Scrolling On Quotes

    If the quoted post is on the same page then clicking the arrow next to the quoted user's name should just scroll the page up to that quote rather than reloading the page to get there.

    Clicking the arrow on a quote that is on the same page does not reload the page, it directly scrolls there (without animation).

    I didn't know they did that, that's pretty cool :)
    The laptop I normally use for browsing the forums just reloads the page for some reason o_O (Dell Chromebook 11, don't know if ChromeOS has anything to do with it)
