Small Startup Screen

Hello Beamng Developer's and Players can u guys Tell me how to fix it so when i opened beamng I couldn't Play it because the screen was small As u guys can see in the Photos The Startup screen is fully Black just in top a little of screen, That makes me cant play the game so i hope i will get a Fast Reply And Also im in a Laptop, Thanks.

Can't you access the Settings menu and change your Display Resolution?
