Slow Motion Shortcut

I can't seem to find what the keyboard shortcut for slowing down time is, also is there one for Xbox controllers or a way to add a shortcut for slowing down time on the Xbox controller ?

 

Alt + Arrow Down or Up and then use the left and right arrow keys to control how much you want the time to be slowed

For the Xbox question, there's no predefined button but you can map one to something like B or Lb.
