Slow clutch release

I use a controller to play the game and i like using manual but its hard to casually drive or shift smoothly when im only left with key type buttons that instantly make clutch go to 100%, making the tires spin and easier to stall at low speeds, is there any way i can make it so the clutch will go in ands out smoothly? thanks

 

I just map the clutch to the right stick up. If you have stick drift on the right stick increase deadzone
