Site Layout Looks Similar to RaceDepartment

I was looking at some mods for DiRT Rally on racedepartment when I noticed that their site layout (at least for the Downloads section and sub-pages) looks pretty similar to the BeamNG site. Is it a certain web template/layout that they share, or was inspiration drawn from the other? Not trying to accuse anyone over anything, but I just found it interesting that they both have a similar design.
