Safe mode?

    Recently upon updating, I had installed a new mod. Then when going in game, my default tires (the rubber part) had no texture and was a gray-ish white. I can't just disable all mods as there are probably over 100 at least and it takes too long. I would like to know how to start my game in safe mode to be sure that It is in fact a mod causing the problem

    Found out how. If I navigate to the .exe and run the game from there (rather than steam) I get the startup menu again
