Could I run BeamNG with a GT 1030 at 1050p with med. settings? at around 40 fps at least? Full setup: Asus PRIME b250+ Core i3-6100 12 GB RAM 500 GB SSD (if you're wondering why the GT 1030 it is because the 1050 in my system is borrowed and i need my own now)

If you have enough PSU wattage you should get something older instead. Something like a GTX 960/R9 280 or even a GTX 950 could be found in cheaper prices, while getting enough performance to compete with newer cards.
You will never go wrong with a GTX 1050 then. Great perfomance, low power consumption. I don't recommend a GT 1030 unless you have an older system.
