Ive recently been playing a lot on the roane county map. I really like it but the map is extremly outdated, maybe someone can make a remaster? because i think that the developer pretty much doesnt care about it anymore(
Honestly I don't its the case that the creator of the map doesn't care about it anymore. Ive talked to the creator on the forums, and he seems like a really awesome guy who puts a lot of effort into his maps. He even updates one of his maps (Los Injurus) last December, and he did say he had plans to update Roane county, but I think was focused on improving Los inujrus fist since it's his most popular map. And he was active in the los injrus thread until March of this year when he stopped replying to it. He has gone periods without responding to the froum in the past, but this the longest i can rember him not being active on this site. I know that he has mentioned that life stuff has impacted his time being able to work on the maps, and I think he busy with something. I hope that's the case of why hes been away that long and not anything else more serious.
Me and a buddy have even tossed around the idea of "buying the rights" to the map so we could find someone to actually finish it. IIRC the owner was having health issues or maybe his SO, I remember reading an update from him months ago.
