The first thing Ive done every morning since 0.33 update is refresh this page in hopes of seeing an update LMFAO. Good work, I dont usually get this excited nowadays over gaming stuff.
You won't get any of the 0.33 campaign features and the UI will not work. If you really have a desire though, you can still drive any cars that are out free in your garages. Just make sure you make a backup of your save file beforehand.
I noticed with the 0.33 update sometimes a crown vic mod that I have spawns in and chases me in career mode when I do something illegal and when I evade, they never stalk me afterwards which was one of the biggest annoyances of cops in any career mode mod. has anyone else noticed this?
from my experience they would just stalk me at the garage, start to turn into me from the oncoming lane, or stop in the middle of the road if they're driving in the same direction as me. before RLS was kind enough to give them a "chill pill" to not be as aggressive, the cops used to ram into me full force when they were in this "stalking mode", then start a pursuit because hitting a patrol car is pursuit worthy. I'll do more testing and see.
Hi, If my game is already updated to 0.33, how to I downgrade to 0.32 to use this mod? sorry If this has already been asked I did have a look. Thanks in advance dw seems its possible but long winded, I will just wait for this to be updated for 0.33

Unless you have a backup of the old files it won't be possible, even then, you won't be able to play it through Steam without it wanting to validate. The only downgrade options are those listed in the "Betas" tab under properties, all are really old versions.
I saw that in the video you mentioned that vulkan is better for fps, even after the traffic update i see some improvement with my frames but I'm still experiencing a couple of drops here and there. Any sugestions?
Better hardware ? I have really good performance with a gtx 1080 (1080p) 32gb ram and a ryzen 5k series
It's specific to hardware and even then Vulkan can affect everyone's system differently. Typically (especially older GTX cards) AMD cards will utilize Vulkan more than Nvidia.
I encountered a problem: sometimes after loading the career the boot screen does not go away, and there are no cars to buy at the very beginning of the game @islandcrimp
