Im having the exact same issue, cant access computers, saves wont load in properly, the purchase car gets stuck and only the initial 3 cars load up. Ctrl+L makes no difference
Yeah, we are still working on the merging of the free roam style missions and the mission missions. are freeroam races supposed to use the player vehicle or go with a default one? sorry I'm a bit confused whether it's the new career, the old one, or I just found a few of the orig career missions just as a unlucky string.
this mod is so cool eheh have been carting truckloads of materials out of the construction site with my 200bx uphill in first gear XD this is prob of a more general beamng question but what influences the ratio of police vs normal cars it appears I'm living in a police state edit: ok figured it out, I had "start freeroam with traffic" enabled, that got me default traffic without police. so then I had to do the "go to freeroam spawn police there and go back to career fix" but that gets me police state mode. removing "start freeroam with traffic" gives me reasonable traffic and police by default.
this i dont like either, thats awesome you found a fix for that but, do you mean to skip the first step of "start freeroam with traffic enabled" and just go to freeroam then spawn traffic with police enabled? @ HELOBEDO beam ng is pretty much the top best for all around realism when it comes to driving, over any game. So, youll have much better "luck" with onboard/hood view as its more like youre attached/sitting in the car and it puts a much more natural feeling and you can tell quite easily if youre sliding etc. Also there is an "enhanced driver cam/view" mod that makes things a bit more realistic with onboard view (mixed with being able to tweak view look ahead to turns etc its very much like real life). And also the level of realism is so close to the real thing in this game you even have to throttle/brake/no throttle etc for the gyro on jumps just like real life, including a car version of a dirtbike "whip" by turning the front wheels mid air. If you know anything about dirtbiking this game even lets you employ those skills within the cars but in a different way but somewhat similar. Basically you cant just full throttle arcade game it. Im almost inspired somehow to make a video of my own to demonstrait what i mean.
you disable the setting then you just load career and play, traffic will be there, with police and all
If you mean options "start freeroam with traffic enabled" i always have that disabled for loading/fps etc. But my beam is still "police state"
Hey when I start a new career it loads but when I enter there is just a picture of a mountain. but i only gets a notification in the upper right corner that I have to buy a car, I just can't see anything or move around. tried disabling all my mods and just having the RLS mod. that doesn't help either, also tried (CTRL+L) doesn't work either
when buying first vehicle, i have to trade in my curent one but it says you dont own any vehicles edit: had to make a new save without tutorial
Great mod, makes career so much more fun. only issue i am having is that when driving around in a police car the AI police still pursue me and end up getting ticketed. is there a troubleshoot for this?
really cool mod to play with many alternative ways of making (and losing) money. anyway I saw people having issues with being chased by the police while driving a police car and have some fixes for that... probably. -check if your car has something like police accessories, police radar, or related that isn't a lightbar/beacon and livery (this mainly affects modded cars) -check who is actually selling the vehicle (can be wrong quite a few times) -test it out in normal sandbox first to see how it reacts to ai traffic and police -sometimes being a config name issue (never experienced that issue in the mod though/could be a sandbox only issue) hope this helps some people that suffer with these issues.

I have "check offenses" lua error as well. Let me just say. I really appreciate the work going into this mod. Made me reignite my addiction for Beam. Best mod for Beamng hands down!! Can't wait for next update. Keep up the great work
I have a problem where the first cars you pick in the dealership wont show up, also the map is completely blank for me
Anyone else getting the traffic light on the highway in front of the stadium bugged, when it goes red it never goes green till i restart the game, i can post a screenshot of the exact spot i talk about later.
