WIP RG Sandstorm

This is the first vehicle ive tried to make in beamng drive and i thought a buggy would be easier so i started that.

To do list till release:

-model the vehicle (finished)

-details (interior, engine, etc) (finished)

-part config/vehicle customization (finished)

-wheel model (finished)

-damage (WIP(will work on it during alpha))

-lights (finished)

Known issues:

-physics breaking when spawning (fixed)

-wheels wobble all over the place (still there)

Note: It looks chrome because i'm too lazy to change color before taken the picture. Yes you can change the main body panel colors!

You might want to change the name of the thread, at first I thought it said RC buggy.

 

I thought i put RG because thats my name, so im like why not.

 

The model seems familiar.....

 

This buggy needs a new name because calling it just a buggy seems generic now. Suggest a new name for this. Also new progress screenshots soon!

I wouldn't give a mod the same manufacturer as official cars unless they're based on one.

 

I may need a little help if possible, when the buggy is in low speed, it jiggles like jello.

edit: Never mind what i said. I already fixed it quickly.

 

Why?

 

Mainly because of confusion as to whether the car is official or not.

 

It doesnt make sence, Gavril will never make something like a buggy as production car.

 

UPDATE(JAN-19th-2016):
You can change color on the body panels! That's probably the first buggy in Beamng with that option(I may be wrong). Ill be working on the frame to make that change colors too if possible. I also made good progress on the interior and the engine though the engine is a bit basic, but it'll do for my first try.

Maybe eventually Ill make a video for this buggy so you guys will see it run and maybe a sneak peak of a map I'm working on for this buggy(and other off-road vehicles too).
