    Ever since update 0.17 was released I haven't been able to load West Coast USA successfully without the game freezing or crashing. I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling the game, running it in safe mode, and deleting and reinstalling my mods. What should I do?

    AMD Ryzen 5 6-core processor
    16gb DDR4 RAM
    XFX Radeon RX-580 graphics card

    Also the game just freezes then I get this error message
