[Requested] NYPD Police skin for Grand Marshal

Yet another Grand Marshal skin, who would have thought
Still waiting for lightbars


Installing is as simple as before, put "fullsize_alt_c.dds" to /vehicles/fullsize

I prefer spawning it to sport version and using Ctrl + W to put pushbar in front OR spawning police version and using the same method to remove police decals.

BACK UP FIRST and DON'T EDIT OR UPLOAD ANYWHERE ELSE
