Repo not opening

After 0.17, Clicking the repo button doesn't do anything and all of my mods have enabled themselves, Everything else works fine

One of your mods may be particularly broken, taking down everything else with it.
Please manually move out all your mods, and check again.

Tried that, didn't work, Looks like there's a database somewhere that records installed mods that got deleted
