Remove all controller bindings?

Hi,

I would like to remove all the default bindings from my controller (xbox) as I only want this controller for one axis input and it is important to me that the other inputs are disabled due to how I am using it (the other buttons / triggers get accidentally pressed). I know I can remove all the binds one by one but that seems needlessly meticulous and I'm wondering if there is a way to do it in one foul swoop. Thanks.

Edit : I did search and see this question has been asked in the past but with no such luck for an answer and it is several years since so maybe there is a workaround now.

You can change the controller mapping also directly in the files in the BeamNGuserfolder/settings/inputmaps. These are *.diff files. If you open them in an editor, you'll see all the key mappings and can delete anything you no longer need. Be sure to make a backup beforehand, preferably of the entire inputmaps folder. Since every vehicle can have vehicle speciffic keybindings, they are additionaly stored in the corresponding seperate subfolders.
This method also makes it possible to swap multiple, complete keybinding sets by simply keeping two sets of files ready and swapping them as needed. This will likely require restarting the game.
