Red And Blue 3D effects

I saw on a Youtube video BeamNG with red/blue 3D effects for 3d glasses - is this a feature?

If not, is there any way to get a result like in the video? (Mod, NVIDIA control panel or something??)

I'm 50% sure there is such an option in Nvidia's control panel

 

is there any other way to do this? i kinda want to try it but im pretty sure Nvidias panel wont work with an AMD card
