    Hey BeamNG team

First of all — huge respect for the work you’ve done so far. BeamNG isn’t just a game, it’s a living car simulation that keeps evolving, and I’ve got a few ideas that could take that realism to the next level. Here is what i suggestion for you to add:

    ️ 1. Dynamic Weather & Rain Physics
Adding rain, storms, fog, and mud effects would make driving conditions more challenging and immersive.

    • Wet roads → reduced grip, longer braking distance

    • Mud buildup → potential for cars to slide or get stuck

    • Working wipers, fog effects, puddles forming on terrain
    2. Car Dirt & Cleaning System
Let cars visually get dirty over time depending on what you drive on.

    • Asphalt = light dust

    • Off-road or mud = visible splashes

    • Washing stations or car washes could clean the car again
    ⚙️ 3. Realistic Gearbox & Mechanical Failures
If you shift from 5th to 2nd at high speed, the gearbox should explode realistically.
    Add mechanical damage to:

    • Clutch wear

    • Engine overheating or oil degradation

    • Turbo and transmission stress with a hard metal carsh when its damaged
    4. Car Aging & Long-Term Use
Make cars feel alive over time.

    • If you save a car after using it, it gives you two options, either save it as new not used or save it as used for how long you drove it, with time these start to show (dirt, scratches, mechanical wear).

    • After long-term use (like 30 in-game days), it could show age: faded paint, weaker engine, suspension sagging, etc.
That way, players could form a “bond” with their car — maintaining or repairing it to keep it alive longer until it dies after long use with no fixing parts through the car parts edit system ui.

thats all i wanted to share i hope it was a good idea and i hope to hear more updates about your game, good bye!
