Random state AI traffic cars (dented or crashed, missing parts, mismatched panels, custom wheels)

There's quite a few ways to make traffic in the game feel more realistic if you start taking notes compared to what you see in real life. However some of them require adding a ton of extra cars, trims, models, different years per model, and other things that would quickly featurecreep too much.

However there's this one thing I notice in real life cars that the game doesn't do much, and that's when cars are not dealership-fresh. You see many real life cars with dents, scratches, miscolored panels, broken windows or lights, or random custom parts (not a proper tuner config, but rather just custom rims or livery or exhaust) on top of other non explicit issues like a broken head gasket that would make a car in the middle of the street throw way too much smoke than usual (why, yes, I DO live in a 3rd world country, how did you know?).

I'd like to propose the idea that there are features in both dealership and AI transit cars that could be RNG'd into defects or differences that distinguish one car from the other:

    - Maybe that hirochi sunburst has a broken driver window.

    - Maybe that windsor has a leaking or broken exhaust and sounds loud

    - Maybe that 200BX is used by a kid that thinks he's Takumi Fujiwara and has been in a few minor crashes with a front left quarter panel in another color from another car.

    - Maybe that guy in the Covet didn't like the stock rims and just bought customs but the overall car is still stock

    - And maybe that D series driver lifted his truck and added a custom exhaust for everyone to know how loud a 10 second 0-60 car can be, while also carrying a load on the back.

These features can also work with the dealership's cars in career mode, since just like in real life, used cars are hardly factory fresh and could have their own gremlins at work, like custom and badly installed parts, or been in a wreck, or come with a blown engine, and you get what you paid for. If you're into buying a new project car in career mode, there's little point to buying a factory fresh car if you are going to be swapping out 80% of the parts anyways.

Ideally this would have scratches and car dirtiness added into the mix but I don't think I need to speak before such features are even considered.

I agree, even when the developers finally add a trigger for windows, you will be able to see a car with the windows open

I know some mods already integrate working windows, those with advanced interior interactions.
