Booted up Beam today with YT open in the background with a playlist... loading it crashed with a RAM error, which hasn't ever happened before (specifically it said something like it had tried to get more memory than I had available so it self-terminated). Worried, I tried a few more times with the same results. Panicking now I closed everything else open currently. Still happening. I deleted all my mods and it seemed a-OK but when I spawned AI traffic it crashed again, however very strangely. I've got a singular screenshot.

Behind this was another error message, something like 'Fatal error, exception, 000xahewab23 78847aabwar'. I tried to get a snip of this but whenever I dragged the cursor my laptop would freeze, go black, then the top right UI looked like Windows 7 (as in the exit and minimize buttons looked like that) for a second then back to normal. When I clicked OK on the error message it would re-open about 10 times each time making a little error noise. When it eventually closed everything went back to normal.

WTH is going on? The only thing I've done recently is update my 3060 drivers and Ryzen 7 drivers. I doubt that would affect RAM, would it?

    Specs:
    Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H (yes, I use a £1,000 gaming laptop, don't judge me)
    RTX 3060 Laptop Edition
    AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
    8GB ram @ 3200 Mhz

I'm looking into filling the empty RAM slot in my laptop with another 8GB making it dual channel, but that's probs going to have to wait until Christmas - I really want to play Beam before then.

    Thoughts?

Sorry for replying so late @Fluffy Panda, I had assumed no one was going to respond to this - it's 141133.

Yeah you might need to get another 8 GB stick of RAM so you have 16 GB RAM. Usually BeamNG won't run on only 8 GB RAM. I have 16 GB RAM and BeamNG runs perfectly.
