2) Is it possible to sign up at an age less that 16? Sure, but it's definitely against the rules.
3) The Child Forums don't actually exist, they're a leftover part of the template used to create the forums. I imagine they'd be used so people under 16 years old could use the forums, but the devs seemingly chose not to allow that.

Now I have a question for you: Why are you asking these questions, it makes me awfully suspicious that you're under 16...

I’ve never seen anything related to them anywhere aside from there, I’m assuming they were just left over from whatever template was used to create the forums.

 

"Child forums" has nothing to do with Tiny Dumb Humans™, it's about the way the forum lists are categorised, with threads in major "parent" lists and minor "child" sub-lists.

hey @Jackets64 know of any simple tutorials for modeling in blender?

 

First things first, I figure I’ll get it out there that modeling is RARELY easy. I’m still a noob and I still have a lot to learn. This series is just about the best Blender beginner tutorial out there however: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLjEaoINr3zgFX8ZsChQVQsuDSjEqdWMAD
It’ll teach you the very basics of Blender, but none of it is in depth. What you learn in Blender will mostly on what you want to make. Also just a disclaimer, this is gonna take a LONG time. Like I said before, it’s not simple, and learning it is not easy. I wish you luck in all your endeavors however.
