Yeah I know, this may have been requested a few times, but just to be sure, I think its time for a quad cab truck. At the moment we only have a normal cab and a extended cab, actually, I won't be surprised if a near future update gets this.
A longer cab would be nice, as well as an extended bed. Then there could be a quad cab pickup with an extended bed.
Is this even a thing in real life if sp can somebody supply a picture. It sounds like a typical american thing, there is definitely no such thing in Australia
Excuse me? I don't see how that matters. OT: Could you accompany some photos of what you mean by "quad cab?" Do you mean crew cab?
This is a quad cab pickup truck. Its pretty typical in America, another way to say quad cab is crew cab. --- Post updated --- Quad cab is just another way to say crew cab. And, it kind of does matter, if you are going as far as putting engine thermals in a game, why wouldn't you put this in.
Because the devs are working on more important things? Such as the physics engine? I'm sorry you think that having a crew cap truck is more important than engine thermals, because very few people will agree with you.
I don't think he meant that a crew cab is more important than thermals, and engine thermals are already in (though not finished). Don't speak for the Devs, they added the D-series bull bar ,camouflage skin, and Mirimar, even though those are not directly part of the physics engine. Maybe they will want to consider this idea as well. Regardless, a crew cab would be a nice addition.
the devs each have different jobs. gabester does the vehicles LJFHutch works on the enviroments, tdev does the programing (i may be wrong). drowsysam and nadeox1 moderate. there are more i'm sure. the more vehicles and vehicle add-on's that gabe make will allow us to break the game so the devs can fix what's broken. (back on topic) i would love to have a crew cab and a long bed as well.
Quad cab is just another way to say crew cab. And, it kind of does matter, if you are going as far as putting engine thermals in a Then why did they make an extended cab? --- Post updated --- Yes, that is exactly my point, thank you.
You are literally speaking the ramblings of those possessing below part intellect. 28hp 3 wheel trucks??? Whats that got to do with a crew cab. The existance of a crew cab has nothing to do with thermals. Literally, wtf are you even on about. Could have just left it at asking for a crew cab and been done with it rather than spewing nonsense. Dodge are the only people to have ever made a quad cab. Most manufacturers use crew cabs (the 2 are not the same). The quad cab is effectively equivelant to the existing extended cab anyhow.
Yeah, quad cab != crew cab. I'd like a crew cab, but I'd also like to have a long bed and an option for a normal bed with the extended cab, and a million other things.
i'v seen short bed Chevys before they aren't nice but goofy i would never recommend it because it limits its hauling abilities. but its only realistic on topic: the quad cab should be added you can use the d35 chassis for that
We have one, its not that bad, unless you try hauling something over 6 feet long. (I am about to get quite off topic here) My grandpa's weird, he put Harley Davidson stuff all over it, then he removed the exhaust system to make it sound like a motorcycle. Who does that? Apparently my grandpa, and he could of gotten a Ford Harley Davidson special edition F-150, but nope, he hated Ford. And then he had to get the short bed, because he can. --- Post updated --- Yeah, it is, well kind of. Last time I checked, Ford is 5'11 ft. from front of the bed to the back of the tailgate, Chevrolet is 6' ft. from front of the bed to the back of the tailgate, and Dodge is 6' from front of bed, to the inside of the tailgate.
Not necessarily true, some japanese pickup trucks have crew cab. My truck, a 1998 nissan frontier had a crew cab available in 2000...?
