I was doing a delivery in ATS and seen a wide range of quad bike options, there was even one with 4 wheels on the rear, imagine what you can do with these. All common color featured, a redneck army theme of course. I'd be a mistake not to have quad bikes here, I noticed the police force in my town use them for light duties as well.
i agree it would be cool however even though it was a few years ago now i bet people would still do nothing but complain if any offroad content was added to the game
