BeamNG now has a pretty robust auto-spawning system for traffic cars, so I'm wondering if you ppl over there at the dev team are looking into doing the same for props. It'd do wonders to showcase the best part of this game, the softbody physics
There is actually already some support in the code for this, it just needs to be hooked up to a tool, app, or other interface: (These were spawned up in the air with one command, while paused)
