Problems with Traffic again

Every once in a while the traffic will just stop. Like, on its own. The cars just dont move like theyre not controlled by AI anymore. I restart everything, still they do this. Usually happens with them just stuck in reverse gear not moving and it stops the other cars. It usually doesnt happen with every car at once, just one at a time.

 

Traffic Tool is still working, maybe that helps till the hotfix is there.
