Problem with the Hopper

I was working on a skin for the Hopper when suddenly, this happened.

I cleared my cache. This screenshot was taken in safe mode.
I didn't modify the core file of the Hopper.
What could cause this ?

 

First of all, this should be in bug reports. Second, whats wrong with the picture? I just see a grey Hopper. Please specify what is wrong with the car.

 

The reflection was gone and coloring the Hopper didn't work.
I cleared my cache again, and it seems to have solved the issue anyway.

This isn't really a bug that the devs could fix, since it was caused by the OP. Also, you can see most of the car (including the chassis and suspension parts) is grey.
